Clinton Compares Trump to 'Mean Girls,' Other Movie Bullies in New Ad

From Regina George of “Mean Girls” to Biff Tannen of “Back to the Future,” Donald Trump is compared to some of Hollywood’s most notorious on-screen bullies in Hillary Clinton’s latest campaign ad.

The 60-second ad intersperses clips from the films showing the bullies making fun of people with footage of Trump mocking people, calling them fat and stupid, to suggest he’s no different from the big screen bullies.

Around the 30 second mark the ad shows a little girl asking Clinton what she plans to do “about people who want to be mean,” telling the former secretary of state that sometimes she’s bullied for having asthma.

“I really do think we need more love and kindness in our country,” Clinton said in response. “That’s why its import to stand up to bullies wherever they are and why we should not let anybody bully his way into the presidency, because that’s not who we are as Americans.”
