Jim Acosta Once Again Has Dumb Question at White House Briefing... then Kayleigh McEnany Responds

During the White House briefing Thursday afternoon, CNN's Jim Acosta attempted to berate President Trump for not commenting fast enough on the United States hitting 100,000 deaths from Wuhan coronavirus.

"Yesterday the U.S. hit 100,000 deaths form the coronavirus, that happened at around 6 o'clock yesterday evening, it took until about nine in the morning for the president to recognize that on Twitter. What took him so long?" Acosta asked.

White House Press Secretary Kayleigh McEnany calmly reminded Acosta about the facts.

"The president recognized that landmark before we even hit it. The president, after all, it was the impetus behind him lowering the flag to half staff, he did that for several days. That was an acknowledgment of that number approaching and he acknowledged it in a tweet this morning," she responded. "The president has said one death is too many. He takes this very seriously, he's said before this is the hardest part of his presidency."

As a reminder:

She then explained who should be "fact-checked." Watch below:
