Trump Is Not Thrilled With Snoop Dogg's Music Video

I wrote on Monday about Snoop Dogg's new music video, which depicts the assassination of a clown version of the president. President Trump tweeted his displeasure about the video Wednesday, and said that an artist who had done something similar to President Obama would have faced jail time.

He also said that Snoop Dogg had a "failing career."

Snoop has not responded on Twitter or Facebook to the president's tweet.

Trump is right: Snoop Dogg's video was in very poor taste, and it was wrong to act out killing the president. However, I don't think he should be facing jail time for the video--and neither should the artist behind a hypothetical anti-Obama video.
