Rep. Matt Soper (R-Colorado) is a member of the Colorado State House of Representatives where he has represented State House District 54 on Colorado's West Slope since 2019. He serves as Ranking Member on the Health and Insurance Committee and as an elected board member on the Delta County Memorial Hospital’s Board of Directors. Rep.
