We knew President Donald J. Trump would face legal obstacles from leftist judges. They went rogue during his first presidency, and they’re doing it again. The only difference is that the president is prepared for a prolonged war. He wasn’t in 2017, blindsided by hordes of Obama holdovers who refused to defend his executive orders on immigration. Now, he has his attorney general and an FBI director prepared to right the ship at the Department of Justice, long used as a vehicle to deliver strikes against the enemies of the Democratic Party. Now, these judges are trying to pull an insurrection on Trump.

Still, Mr. Trump is unfazed. This administration expected legal pushback and was ready to fight every order to death. They know they’ll lose some of these battles, but as Trump shouted into the crowd following a failed assassination attempt in Butler, Pennsylvania, “fight, fight, fight.”

The judges that Trump is battling are all the activist type: insane, post-constitutional, and way too big for their britches. James Boasberg is trying to direct all federal immigration policy. Another blocked the president’s ban on transgenders in the military, while another blocked a recent hire because this person previously worked at the Department of Government Efficiency.

These little judges don’t have this power and shouldn’t be permitted to issue nationwide injunctions, especially since these posts have become nakedly political. A district judge has no say regarding who gets deported, nor do they have the power to tell the commander-in-chief how to run the military. These are powers not delegated to them. By this logic, these little judges think that troop deployments, airstrikes, and other military operations should run through them because that’s how liberals think.

Trump is facing a judicial insurrection, and he’s behaving in a way that’s too nice for my liking. I’d ignore the rulings and impeach the judges. These are unlawful orders, but he’s using the appeals process, banking on the Supreme Court to rein in these rogue clowns in black robes. The problem there is that Chief Justice John Roberts opened his dumb mouth, saying that impeachment shouldn’t be used in response to unfavorable rulings. John, know your role and shut your hole—until the Supremes are involved; stay hidden.

Democrats want to fight back. It’s beyond ironic that the only method available to them that’s making an impact is a wholly undemocratic one.
