Joe Rogan has become public enemy number one. Why? He has a podcast. That's the root of it—truly.

We have all these half-dead musicians coming out of the woodwork to demand that Spotify, the streaming service that hosts the podcast, remove their music from its servers. First, it was Neil Young. Then, it was Joni Mitchell. And now, we have Nils Lofgren—a musician who's played with the likes of Bruce Springsteen, Neil Young, Dire Straits, and Ringo Starr. Yeah, I didn't know these guys were still alive either.

It's not like Kanye West or any musician that's had a hit in the past decade is on this anti-Rogan legion. Becket Adams of The Washington Examiner pitched that rule regarding stories about Joe Rogan, Spotify, and COVID. You see, all these folks are on team Young because they think Rogan peddles misinformation. Now, Rogan has broken his silence on the subject, but he better hold the line. Don't cave, Joe. Don't tap out.

The good news is that Rogan knows what's at stake. He's not part of the "woke" mob nor a follower of political correctness. He's a true freethinker who ironically happens to fall more on the leftish side of the political spectrum. He backed Bernie Sanders in the 2020 primaries. He's for universal health care. He's open to universal basic income. These aren't conservative action items. He will support whoever the hell he wants. And that's the point of his podcast. He has everyone and anyone on. From CNN's chief medical correspondent Dr. Sanjay Gupta to Alex Jones—everyone has pulled up a chair to chat with Joe Rogan.

Again, where's the issue here?

Our own Julio Rosas wrote up Rogan's response to this circus:

"I think there's a lot of people who have a distorted perception of what I do, maybe based on soundbites or based on headlines of articles that are disparaging. The podcast has been accused of spreading 'dangerous misinformation...both [McCullough and Malone] are very highly credentialed, very intelligent, very accomplished people and they have an opinion that's different from the mainstream narrative. I wanted to hear what their opinion is. I had them on," Rogan said in his video statement.

"The problem I have with the term 'misinformation,' especially today, is that many of the things that we of thought as misinformation just a short while ago are now accepted as fact," he added, pointing to how before it was considered "misinformation" to say vaccinated people could still catch and spread COVID or that cloth masks don't work in preventing the spread of COVID.

Indeed, Joe. The CDC still lists cloths masks as a viable option for mask-wearing even after everyone and their mother knows it's ineffective. The vaccinated can and do spread COVID. The vaccine does not prevent infection. Your employment could be threatened. The definition of fully vaccinated is in the process of being altered. Also, travel is being restricted based on vaccination status. All these things were considered tin foil hat material months ago. Some have even lost their social media access because of it. They're now all true. Rogan knows as much as anyone that the term "misinformation" is just another way of shutting down free speech. It's "liberal speak" for views we don't like.

Florida Gov. Ron DeSantis is on his way into the hall of fame for owning the liberal media in this game. The latest example is that COVID spikes are associated with differing temperatures. So, it's seasonal. That's what DeSantis said in August to explain the Sunshine State's COVID spike. The so-called experts said this was not accurate. Five months later—a new study said that it was, which is yet another blow to liberal America. The media is so focused on destroying DeSantis that they can't do their jobs properly, which has led to this brutal and relentless beating they're subjected to daily.

Rogan is facing the night of the living dead with all these old-ass musicians trying to force Spotify to cancel him. They won't. Neil Young was erased within hours of his ultimatum to the service. Keep doing your thing, Mr. Rogan. These too shall pass. Also, everyone saying they're leaving Spotify probably never even had accounts with the service. If they did, well—what a bunch of morons. They'll also be back. Carry on, sir.
