When Vladimir Lenin was “running” for dictator of Russia in 1917, he had a very simple plan. He started with a tiny group of virtual unknowns in his camp, and he needed to come up with something that would appeal to the masses. He knew that most of the Russian people (peasants) weren’t intellectuals and didn’t have much time for sophisticated political gobbledygook, so he concocted a slogan that resonated with millions of his fellow countrymen, something they could all understand, remember, and agree with: “Peace. Land. Bread.” It won him a revolution and a country.
Peace. Land. Bread. Even the simplest peasant could grasp that.
If I were advising the Republican Party in next year’s presidential election (and I guess, in a way, I am), I would follow the Lenin model, but adapt it to current American conditions, of course. KISS—keep it simple, stupid, so that everyone could understand, especially in our age of educational malfeasance where far too many Americans are mis- and under-educated. Repeat your slogan endlessly so that everyone would know exactly what the Republican Party stood for. My slogan would be:
Parents. Prosperity. Protection.
Make sure every corner of America heard that message over and over and over again. Who (but a radical Democrat) can argue against it? While the Democrats were running around talking about more government, climate change, electric cars, bugs, Ukraine, Russia, socialism, abortion, transgenderism, and sexual licentiousness, the Republicans could tell the America people:
Parents. Prosperity. Protection.
The substance would be as follows.
1. Parents. Glenn Youngkin succeeded in Virginia on this, and Republicans desperately need to learn that lesson. “Parents” means guarding our children from sexual predators and deviants in schools and on our streets. It means supporting those great American parents who want to return the country to a traditional education system that emphasizes “reading, writing, and ‘rithmatic,” not kindergartner’s genitals, drag queens, and “white supremacy.” And add a heavy dose of true American and world history. An education system that is an extension of the family, not an extension of Leftist government ideology. “Parents” means a God-centered moral system, the brotherhood of mankind, equality under the law for all Americans. The Leftist Democrats will screech, but that will reveal them for what they really are.

2. Prosperity. Prosperity means a frugal government that cuts spending and doesn’t waste resources, thus lowering inflation and allowing Americans to keep more of what they earn. Prosperity means encouraging industries to come home from China and invest in America. Jobs in America, not China. Prosperity means prosperity for Americans, not every semi-barbarian who can illegally invade across our border. We can’t feed the world or provide jobs for everybody, and it’s not our responsibility to do so. Prosperity means prosperity for Americans—OUR country. Prosperity means safe streets that will encourage business to return to those currently dangerous areas, providing jobs and incomes for financially struggling Americans. Prosperity. Who but a Democrat who wants more poverty could argue with that?
3. Protection. Protection means peace at home and abroad: a strong military, no unnecessary wars. It means taking back American streets so the people are safe, solidifying our borders from drug cartels, terrorists, and illegal entry. A safe country for all. Peace. Who but Joe Biden, Democrats, and Lindsey Graham doesn’t want that?
This is a platform that I believe will resonate with millions of Americans and open the eyes of millions more who are currently blinded by Democratic Party utopian lies.
We could “P” on the Democrats, too. A good Republican candidate will point out that here is what Democrats want:
1. Power. I constantly write about this, but you never hear any Republican talk about how the Democrats love power and want a totalitarian system for America. Republicans don’t talk about it because they love power, too. The only basic difference between Republicans and Democrats is on policy, not ideology; they both want the power to run the country as they see fit (and a lot of other countries, too). So, the best Republican candidate will also be an educator, teaching the American people what Washington, D.C. is truly all about. The problem would be, such a candidate might also be a hypocrite.
2. Perversity. The Democratic Party has become the party of sexual deviancy—“we’re coming for your children!” That video ought to be played, endlessly, during next year’s campaign. The Democrats will howl, but again, this will only expose them for what they are. Good parents will shudder—and vote Republican.
3. Punks. Republicans need to get into the inner cities and tell the cowering Americans there that we WILL take back our streets from criminals, thugs, drug kings, pimps, punks, Democrats, and the trash that is destroying homes and communities. It’s time the Republican Party DEMONSTRATED it is a party for all Americans, every race, as long as they respect the God-given freedoms we are all entitled to enjoy. With a heavy emphasis on a return to God.
Which of those two platforms do you think would ring true with the American people? And, frankly, if Americans still elect Democrats, then the country will be irretrievably lost. We’ll have to figure out a Plan B.
Parents. Prosperity. Protection. Repeat it, unceasingly, until it drives the Democrats and their media cohorts into babbling incoherence. In every nook and cranny of the country. On every street and plain. In every community. And do NOT become sidetracked by Democratic Party obfuscations. Indeed, repeat power, perversity, and punks everywhere, too. Expose the Democratic Party for what it really supports. It is time to draw the lines—clearly and distinctly. Give Americans a true choice and let’s see what they do.
Everybody, even the most un-educated American, can understand Parents, Prosperity, Protection. And I think most Americans will agree with it.
