I'm not sure if you’ve noticed, but those who consider themselves center-left to the left in America have been melting down at an alarming rate.
Holding rallies, no one attends. They are led by the cartoonish likes of Ayanna Pressley, who shows up dressed as Darth Vader. These folks are losing it by spewing things nobody agrees with to a couple of TV cameras and maybe six to ten people they can get to crowd behind the speaker.
Daily.
Rachel Maddow, desperate for a talking point this week, embarrassed herself by falsely accusing Donald Trump of cutting a $400 million deal with Elon Musk to buy a set number of Cybertrucks. Neither Maddow nor MSNBC, NBC News, or any producers or fact checkers bothered to confirm the talking point. They couldn’t because Joe Biden cut the deal with Musk.
Maddow called it a glaring conflict of interest. You know, Musk got a sweetheart deal from the president, whom he openly and aggressively campaigned against.
Personally, my center-left friends are in equal dismay. Quietly texting “concern” about why they don’t “trust Musk” and his “19-21-year-old kids” that have been“granted the keys to the kingdom in terms of everyone’s privacy.”
Some are even appalled that Musk would dare to let his child accompany him to news conferences and be in the Oval Office. And even though none of them that I know personally waited till they were married to have sex, they all raise eyebrows at the likes of Musk having 13 children by four different women.
Yeah, it was ok for them to sleep around and ignore marital boundaries, but how dare Musk do it.
This is also where they then usually say something really uninformed about faith, Christians, etc, and the support that people of faith have shown the current administration. Somehow, they have the idea that everyone in the administration must live like Mother Theresa to discuss faith in public. Um, salvation is only offered to… sinners.
They want to silence the discussion of all the children and kids near to the administration with the screams of “hypocrisy!”
Well, I hate to disappoint people like retired mega-pastors who seem to think Jesus sees no difference between the two parties, but here goes.
Yes, Elon Musk has had at least a dozen children by more than a couple of women. Not the Biblical standard, and we have the right to teach our kids still that faithful marriage is a godly pursuit. Yes, Elon Musk has made it a bit of a point in recent years to talk about populating the next generation—and for his part, he seems to be pulling his share. Yes, he names them odd names, brings them out in public with them, and sometimes they lip off to the President.
You know what he’s not doing? Sniffing their hair and sliding his hand up their backside. He’s also not telling weird stories about having kids rub the hairs on his leg. He also does not pretend to have had someone else’s kids and claims them as his own. He’s not trying to abort them, brainwash them about their body needing to match their brain, getting them to play in opposite-sex sports, or getting their body parts cut off.
I don’t know if Elon professes faith in God. But that last paragraph alone is a measurably definitive improvement over the last administration. Remember? The team that couldn’t define what a woman is?
And as to this theory, 19-21-year-olds somehow can’t do a good job of looking at expenditures and finding waste, abuse, and fraud in our federal government. Really?
We give 19-to 30-year-olds guns, commands of $95 million jets, tanks, drones, and all kinds of truly dangerous weapons. But we only do so with kids that age who have character.
The reason the 50-90-year-old lefties are melting down over the 19-21-year-olds is not because of competence. Congress, The Senate, and the establishment of a permanent class in government, academia, and media have been the shining stars of incompetence for decades. Either that or overt criminality.
Which is really what we’re getting to the bottom of, isn’t it?
These folks have baked so much graft, kickbacks, corruption, theft, abuse, and more into the cadaver of government that they honestly think no surgeon could possibly extricate the malignancy.
They are finding out otherwise.
The left already hates children. Between abortion, gender confusion, and states taking the rights of parents away, it’s pretty obvious.
But today’s left really hates Elon’s nerd posse, which is uncovering their wrongdoing.
Personally I love kids, and I agree with Elon—have as many as you wish. But I really love his nerd posse. I think they’re heroes.
