The things you care about most are all up for grabs, and the direction we go in 2024 will change things forever.

This was a crazy week news wise. Another indictment from Jack Smith, plus an admission that he wasn’t playing by the rules. President Trump declaring he will “go after” whoever came after him and then setting an all time fundraising record in one night. The White House press office withdrew more than 400 access credentials because the journalist “argues” too much. Russia and China’s naval forces encroached upon U.S. sovereign waters for the second time since September. And the willingness of the Biden Administration to allow record high taxes to go into effect soon.

But in all the craziness, there was one glimmer of hope on an issue that 90% of Americans care about.

The Sixth Circuit Court of Appeals in as many cases that have been brought before them, allowed yet another state to ban “gender transition” surgeries, hormone blockers, cross sex hormones. They even allowed school based gender counseling to be banned state-wide. Their ruling in favor of Kentucky’s policies was a landslide in the protection of children. This followed a similar ruling they had previously issued for Tennessee.

The bottom line for the court was that the individual states have the right and power to “opt-out” of the Biden administration’s federal policies that have served as a top down pressure approach to further injuring students with their out-of-control agenda when it comes to children, “transitioning,” and parental rights.

The Kentucky ruling was even more significant than the similar ruling for Tennessee because it went considerably farther.

The Kentucky ban prevents schools from privately advising students on sexual transition. It prevents the school from encouraging the students to use pronouns that do not match their sexual identity. And it prevents districts from hiding the information from parents—end of discussion.

When you compare it to the legislation in Washington State and California which seek to prevent parental say or involvement in such sensitive discussions in any way, you realize this is a seismic ruling for the family, and general order in society.

When you consider that Michigan has made it a felony to not go along with misapplied pronouns and mislabeled sexual identities it becomes clear—more adjudication will be coming.

And that’s good!

Out of control leftists have been on the march of eliminating parents for sometime. Washington and California want to remove children from parents they deem so “radical” as to want to help their children understand the body they are in and the DNA assigned them by God at birth.

The ones in Michigan want to go so far as to jail parents for not parroting the ridiculous pronouns of choice, instead of following bedrock science.

These leftist havens are nuts. Genuine kooks who should be in asylums themselves instead of running their corners of free societies.

Thankfully the Sixth Circuit—blessed by President Trump’s strengthening of the federal judiciary—have landed judicial precedent back on common sense.

The California and Washington laws will have litigation filed against them. Those cases will likely end up in the less-crazy-than-it-used-to-be Ninth Circuit. That Circuit will have a chance to also send a clear message, siding for the health of the individual and parents. They may even cite the Sixth Circuit in said ruling. Even better, the State of Michigan will see its legal challenges eventually appealed to the Sixth Circuit directly—with two damning precedents already established.

Let’s say for argument though that the Ninth does contradict the Sixth on appeal. Next stop: The U.S. Supreme Court where common sense is heavily favored to prevail.

The radical left that despises parents and wishes harm for children must be stopped. Thanks to President Donald Trump we have a judiciary that has re-found their moorings.

The current administration has done all they could to undo what is good and decent. If we wish to see a return to decency then they must lose in 2024.

And our children are depending on it.
