United States Federal law 18 US Code 1503 in summary reads "whoever corruptly or by threats or force… endeavors to influence, intimidate, or impede any grand or petit juror, or officer in or of any court of the United States… in the discharge of his duty… influences, obstructs, or impedes, or endeavors to influence, obstruct, or impede the due administration of justice shall be punished."

On May 2, a draft opinion leaked from the United States Supreme Court in an unprecedented breach of etiquette. It appears from that draft Roe v. Wade will likely be reversed, and the topic of abortion will be remanded back to the States where it belongs in the first place. We have no answers on who committed the offense; however, it has led to outrage from the Left and nationwide protests.

The outcries began in various large cities across the United States and in front of the Supreme Courthouse in Washington, which is all perfectly legal and appreciated under the Constitution's First Amendment. Now, demonstrators are breaking the law, and the Department of Justice, led by President Biden's appointee Attorney General Merrick Garland, has yet to enforce any violated federal laws.

The mob has begun protesting outside of SCOTUS conservative justice's homes with the intent to intimidate the justices into keeping Roe v. Wade a federal law. Their actions are completely against the Constitution and the rule of law. Garland is utterly impotent to them. He refuses to give direction to federal officers to go to these locations, provide adequate warning to leave per the US Code, or suffer arrest.

When outraged at the newest "injustice" posted to Twitter, the mob burns down cities, loots, steals, assaults, murders, and commits various crimes with minimal repercussions. Police officers arrest these maniacs only for the charges to get dismissed, allowing the violator to walk away with a sense of entitlement and vindication. We are beginning to see the lack of justice in America and the breakdown of society.

It is this simple. Follow the law or go to jail and suffer prosecution.

Garland is fomenting a situation where SCOTUS justices hide from the mob to feel safe. His inaction is negligent at best, and he should be removed from his position, not that anyone better would take his spot. Notwithstanding, a message should be sent to both Garland and the pro-abortion mob that their choice to violate the law, instill fear, and cause alarm will not be tolerated.

Since Garland refuses to enforce the law and the DOJ is a political enforcement division used by Democrats for their wants and needs, Garland happily ignores the aforementioned federal statute and makes excuses for protestors. He is allowing the mob to try and influence federal law. Think about that for a moment. The attorney general of the United States has no issue with them attempting to intimidate and change the mind of Supreme Court justices.

Garland is not interested in enforcing the rule of law; those who say that the attorney general of the DOJ is in a "non-political" position are either completely incompetent or lying. In the case of Biden's administration and its supporters, the issue is both, and that is why things are so bad right now.

We should not be dealing with this today. Roe v. Wade should have been sent back to the States where laws were voted on in their jurisdiction, varying from state to state. The Supreme Court at the time made up federal law, and we are on a course to correct their unlawful decision.

If the pro-abortion Leftists get their way, we will see the breakdown of America more vividly than ever before. Not every citizen agrees with every law or policy, which is called life. We can speak out, legally protest and elect representatives that can make changes, but there should not be an angry mass outside judges' homes to sway their decision – that's called mob rule.

Just because an angry mass dislikes a potential SCOTUS decision does not mean they get to break down an institution that has worked effectively for more than 200 years. That is not the mob's right or anyone's right.

If a cabal gets its way, America's democratic system within this constitutional republic is a facade, no matter political affiliation.
