Advice from a Conservative to RFK, Jr.

Democratic presidential candidate Robert F. Kennedy, Jr. recently sat down for an interview with ABC News which the network headlined: “RFK Jr. on presidential run: 'I feel like my country was being taken away from me.'”

Judging by how the “interview” went, Kennedy could clearly add “mainstream media honesty and professionalism” to the correct complaint he made regarding what is being taken away from him and…us.

Seemingly liberal ABC News “journalist” Linsey Davis began the piece with a smear of Kennedy by telling viewers – or leading the witnesses as they say in the law business -- "RFK Jr. is one of the biggest voices pushing anti-vaccine rhetoric, regularly distributing misinformation and disinformation about vaccines, which scientific and medical experts overwhelmingly say are safe and effective based on rigorous scientific studies, but can a Kennedy breakthrough in 2024? Will RFK Jr.'s controversial stances limit his appeal?"

Newsflash to Ms. Davis, ABC News, and the rest of the left-leaning-Biden-supporting media:  Robert F. Kennedy, Jr. is already breaking through and his “controversial stances” are anything but to tens of millions of American voters.

But I suspect ABC News already knows that.  Hence the preemptive attack of Kennedy along with the outright censoring of his position regarding Covid-19, the efficacy of the vaccines, and the competence of Dr. Anthony Fauci.

After the interview, Ms. Davis admitted to the network’s viewers: "We should note that during our conversation, Kennedy made false claims about the Covid-19 vaccines.  We’ve used our editorial judgment in not including extended portions of that exchange in our interview.”

“Editorial judgment” being liberal and far-left code for “Censorship.”

Of course, aside from cowardly and unprofessionally censoring RFK, Jr., the network grossly insulted the intelligence of its own viewers by depriving them of Kennedy’s side of one of the most critically important arguments of our time regarding Covid-19, the vaccines, and the “experts.”  ABC News is seemingly telling its valued viewers that “We believe you too stupid – or gullible -- to process what Robert F. Kennedy, Jr. is arguing and then logically come to your own conclusions on the subject.  So, to save you from your own ignorance, we simply cut out what we didn’t feel you had a right to hear.”

As Mr. Kennedy is quickly discovering, his Democratic pedigree and family name means nothing to the far-left "Woke" mob -- be they in the media, academia, the halls of Congress, medicine, science, or Hollywood -- determined to crush anyone who has access to the people and has demonstrated the willingness to challenge or debunk false far-left narratives.

Millions of Americans -- otherwise known as "voters" -- do believe Mr. Kennedy’s position on Covid-19 and the vaccines is far closer to what they believe to be the truth on the subject – especially three years removed from the initial hysteria and draconian dictates -- than that of Dr. Fauci’s.  Just as they agree with Mr. Kennedy's just stated opinion opposing biological males competing in women's sports.

That said, the reality of our now “Woke” government, media, academia, and “science” tells us that RFK, Jr. is going to have to deal with exponentially increasing insults and censorship of free thought as he continues his Quixotic quest for the Democratic nomination for president in 2024.

Knowing that, my advice to Mr. Kennedy – who I do not know and have never spoken with – would be the exact same advice I have given Republican presidential candidates for the last few decades.  That advice being:  whenever possible, only do live interviews.

When you go “live,” unless they cut you off completely, they cannot censor or twist your answers or positions.

Next, record every single interview yourself.  If they censor you, take your words out of context, or twist them deliberately, put said interview up on YouTube, Twitter, Tik Tok, Instagram and honest media sites and let the public come to their own conclusions based upon the whole story.

Don’t let the biased and corrupt media take your voice.  Turn their blatant villainy against them by dragging it out into the light for all to see.

In a growing number of quarters, Robert F. Kennedy, Jr. is becoming the “candidate of the people.”  A recent Fox News poll -- which ABC did mention in its hit job on Kennedy – revealed that 19 percent of likely Democratic voters say they want RFK Jr. win the nomination.

Nineteen percent with almost no publicity.

That growing popularity from someone who declares he does believe in science but still reserves the right to question “scientific authorities” and power-grabbing bureaucrats is petrifying the Biden White House and their sycophants in the media, the Democratic Party, academia, and Big-Tech.

The more they smear and censor RFK, Jr. the more working-class and disenfranchised Americans are going to want to hear his voice and listen to his solutions for the multiple entrenched-elite-created problems plaguing their lives.

Biden and Harris are far from a sure thing for the Democrats.
