DNC PR Firm – THE NEW YORK TIMES
Unclear on the details but positive about the impropriety.
The press corps of this country is intent on rendering their industry, based on nothing more than the collective effort to oppose EVERYTHING the Trump Administration does, regardless of accuracy and facts. If Trump shuts off wasteful spending, they support spending it. If he deports illegal criminals, they demand he return them. Now, the “no one is above the law” voices are screaming because a judge in Milwaukee was arrested for shielding an illegal immigrant.
A prime example of this default criticism from the press is seen from alleged conservative David Brooks, who comes out against the arrest. What is it that he opposes about this move? Uh…that Trump’s administration was behind it.
Brooks actually declares that he does not know the particulars of the case of the judge, but he is firm in opposing the arrest as unwarranted.

Low-Octane Gaslighting – THE INDEPENDENTS
If we listen to you today, it means condemning what you said yesterday.
Chuck Todd was on the Chris Cillizza vid-cast and actually had the stones to declare that anyone suggesting the press had been covering up Joe Biden’s condition are playing into a Trump narrative.
There is a list of problems with Todd’s revisionism, beginning with the basic fact that he is contradicting one major political pundit – himself.
It was just weeks ago when Todd himself put forth this same narrative, as he stated that the media had avoided covering Biden honestly and objectively because it was perceived as helping Donald Trump. (That also flies in opposition to other past Todd comments, insisting the press does not take up sides with the Democrats.)
But one other reason his trying to dismiss talk of a cover-up is asinine is because we covered how, on his own podcast, Chuck Todd admitted to knowing of Biden’s mental slide two years prior.

Presentation Paradox – THE NEW YORK TIMES
Just trust their headline, not the details they provide deeper in the article.
In one of the latest ginned up controversies, The Times has others in the press worked up over its headline declaring that President Trump is defunding Narcan programs. Of course, this feeds the hysterical anti-Trump media, who expose themselves by not reading beyond the hysterical headline.
This is a reorganization to streamline the nationwide programs, and The Times admits to the fact that funding remains in place:
One of the main sources, a program of block grants for states to use to pay for various measures to combat opioid addiction, does not appear to have been cut.
The worst thing it can report on is addiction specialists are worried over the “symbolic implications” this might present.

News Avoidance Syndrome – CNN
Protecting the privacy of those criminals who do not belong here.
The White House posted a number of yard signs on the South Lawn displaying a number of criminal illegal aliens slated for deportation.
Jake Tapper wanted to report on this development, but he and the network bowed to liberal pressure in not displaying these signs, and so, ridiculously, they decided to blur out the actual signs in their footage…of those signs.
CNN and Fake Tapper actually BLURRED OUT the mugshots of the criminal illegal immigrant killers, rapists, drug traffickers, and other scumbags displayed on the White House lawn. Sick! pic.twitter.com/m3W0cQtDCp

Demo-lition Project – THE BIG 3 NETWORKS
Just take their word on the anchors being big-draw celebrities.
The ratings continue to befuddle the cable news outlets, but now the major three networks are also sweating it out. Fox News had weekly primetime averages that bested NBC and ABC most nights.
But another eye-opening detail is that the 6 pm news cast with Brett Baier has been closing in on the major nightly news broadcasts, actually beating them in audience in many of the major markets:
Special Report with Bret Baier (weeknights, 6 PM/ET) averaged over 3 million viewers and 319,000 in the 25-54 demo, continuing to close the gap with the broadcast competition. In fact, year-to-date, Special Report leads CBS Evening News in 20 top markets across the country including New York, Atlanta, Philadelphia and Chicago, leads ABC’s World News Tonight in nine markets including New Orleans, Tampa Bay and St. Louis and leads NBC’s Nightly News in Atlanta, Boston and New York. Additionally, April was CBS Evening News worst month ever with both viewers and A25-54.
Also of note, @SpecialReport with @BretBaier averaged over 3 million viewers per night in April, not only crushing his competition on cable but is also beating CBS, NBC and ABC in various markets around the country. pic.twitter.com/O0ibqrMU4J
