Monsters Everywhere

We live in an age of certain morally depraved groups

Like most normal teens in the 1980’s, I worked a bit to make spending money. My more industrious friends had paper routes or bagged at the local supermarket. My efforts were definitely more part-time. Parking cars for Northwestern football games, painting houses, babysitting. I even sold Christmas trees, but that money went for college scholarships. Once when I was babysitting for a family that I did not know so well, I got the three kids into bed and figured that it was me and the TV until the parents showed up with the greenbacks. While half-asleep on the couch, I heard a shriek come from the bedroom. I ran over and asked the panicked boy what the problem was. “There are monsters everywhere.” Now, I knew that I was in trouble: I didn’t see any monsters and I expected a long standoff with this kid. His sister told me to spray monster spray. I incredulously looked at her and asked how to do that. She showed me that one acts like he is spraying a bottle of Pledge while making a “Pssssss” sound as if gas is coming out. Sure enough, I went through the motions and the kids fell asleep. I never babysat for them again.

We, like the panicked boy who is now probably pushing 50, live with monsters all around us. As Israel releases Palestinian terrorists, some of the local news channels have regurgitated their resumes. Many were involved in the murder of civilians via bombs, shootings, vehicular homicide or stabbings. One of the released murderers received a congratulatory phone call from none other than Mahmud Abbas, who this year will celebrate the 20th year of his four year term as president of the Palestinian Authority (PA). The recipient of the call murdered a nine month old child. Now, one has to remember that the PA is supposed to be the peace-loving, Western approved alternative to Hamas and its ilk. So, the head of the PA called someone who murdered a baby. Let that sink in: he’s supposed to be one of the “good guys”. But, it’s all par for the course. Abbas has previously greeted and shaken hands with mass murderers, and the streets and squares in Ramallah are named after the monsters who have killed dozens of men, women and children for the crime of being Jewish.

And of course there is Hamas. The Me Too and other faux “we care about women” organizations could not be bothered by dozens of Israeli women being raped and murdered. Children were decapitated, families were burned alive together, and anti-tank missiles incinerated occupants of simple civilian vehicles. Hamas executed six starving hostages rather than let Israeli soldiers reach them and get them back to their families. There are not enough words in the English language to properly describe the depravity of Palestinian terrorists and their wild fans here and abroad.

But don’t think that all of the monsters live around here. One can go to England where monsters were allowed to systematically rape and traffic hundreds of thousands of young British girls. The official monsters of the government decided to look the other way rather than protect their daughters and sisters. They did not want to be branded as racists and let the activities go on for years in many English cities. I haven’t heard a peep from the King or his family. They must be looking for a can of Ye Olde Monster Spray.

Now, let’s move to the U.S. Accredited doctors performed surgeries and provided drugs to perfectly healthy children so as to fulfill the fantasies of their parents and teachers. Healthy parts were removed and potentially dangerous drugs were given, all to allow adults to play act as the gods of gender. How many children have had their lives ruined? How many children will never bring their own children into the world through the sterilization by people of the Hippocratic Oath? If these acts took place in back alleys at the hands of uneducated brutes, we would be shocked. Instead, those involved were teachers and doctors of good reputation. Donald Trump recently pardoned several individuals who blew the whistle on the modern Mengele medical activities.

We in the West pride ourselves on our sophistication and technical accomplishments. We broke the sound barrier, we can communicate from one end of the world to the other in HD video and for pennies. A sphere of plutonium the size of a grapefruit has enough energy associated with it to either provide electricity to a city or wipe it off the face of the Earth. But even with our sophistication, we allow modern monsters to live among us. In the West, it is very fashionable to put on a keffiyeh and march for the monsters of Hamas. In England, the current government will drive you to the Outer Hebrides before they let you start a real inquiry as to how so many young girls were pimped out and ruthlessly treated for so many years.

I never heard a word from Emma Watson, the UN Women Goodwill Ambassador, about the rapes or kidnappings of Israeli women by Hamas and its associates. Maybe someone placed a spell on Hermione that makes her forget that Jewesses also deserve protection. There are monsters in the world; shame on them. That we tolerate their behavior and reward them at times is beyond disgusting. Shame on us.

I wish that I had taken a bottle of that monster spray from that house 40 years ago. We definitely could use it today.
